This glitter is called Glow in the Dark Stars.
It is part of the simple glitter range and made up of 2mm white stars. In order to make them glow in the dark simply put them under a light for 20 seconds, turn off the lights and voila! They glow super bright green.
Comes in a 5ml pot and weighs around 3g.
