This glitter is called Giant Snowflakes.
It is part of the super chunky glitter range. It is made up of a mixture of extra large 12mm iridescent blue snowflakes that highlight when in contact with light, mixed with a selection of finer glitter.
Comes in a 5ml pot and weighs around 3g.
